Easy returns

Our policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it unused, in the same condition it was shipped, WITH THE SECURITY TAG STILL ATTACHED within 7 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. Please note that once the tag is removed, we can no longer accept the item for return.

How to return - 4 easy steps

  1. Call customer service 888.802.2125 or email: returns@designersocial.com to obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.
  2. Re-pack the merchandise in original shipping box, fill in this return form (including RMA #) and include with merchandise.
  3. Take package to any UPS or FedEx store or drop location, OR give it to a driver making another delivery at your home or place of business. You must insure item for its full worth, procure tracking details and send to:

    To find the nearest FedEx location, go to “find locations” at http://fedex.com/us
  4. Check your email: We will send you an email to notify you that your return has been processed and the amount that has been credited.

Returning a gift

If you received a gift and want to return it, please complete the Gift Recipient section on the return form that’s included with every order. We can either refund the credit card used to purchase the gift, or credit your DesignerSocial account. If you do not have an account, you can create one by clicking “My Account”. If you do not specify a refund method, we will automatically credit the card used by the purchaser.

Exchanges

Unfortunately DesignerSocial does not offer exchanges as most featured merchandise is unique/one-of-its-kind.

Please allow up to 7 days from the date the merchandise is received at our warehouse to process your return. We recommend that you use a reputable carrier (UPS, Fed-Ex) if you opt to return item yourself so that you can track it to make sure it was received here. Also- again please note that you must insure item for its proper value, and make sure that a signature is required on our end. We are not responsible for making sure your shipment gets back to us safely. Store credits are good for up to one year from original date of purchase.
